THE CROWN OF THE SOCIETIES

{An accolade for the literary world}

I stepped into the various field of learning.
They said, they are less than my demand.
How to meet my demand, I asked them?
Your need made of mirror, they responded.
   I continued with my sojourn,
On tarmac I stood, glancing at an effigy
But this is not a mirror, I told myself.
I talked to my leg to fire on.
How to get my need?
     Short distance to the effigy,
I saw literati’s works that were shinning,
In fact, I could see myself in it.
This is the mirror, I told myself.
The mirror turned me,
To the instrument of the societies.
Now, a bard of the societies,
Like a nightingale on the whites’ land.
