YOUR VOICE

What is this?
Clad with simile and gives smile
Clothed with metaphor and melts heart
Painted with pun and makes one play
What is this that walks on the lane of stanza?
Hey! What are you?
That captures emotions like love
That ensnares attention like a whisper
The greatest summary to behold
At your whisper
Ladies blush
At your citation
Black Adams spray wealth
White Adams rise on their feet to tell you are fit
A sip from your brook
And heads keep nodding
Combination of fingers for thumbs up
Mouth open in daze
Imagination as wild as impossible
Giving you a close look
Sinking deep in you brook
Seeing you in books
Seeing the way you capture mood
Holding your pen
Cornered in your den
I see you are not mere words
Your destination is the whole world
You are poetry
The mystery of words
In combination of mere alphabets
You tell of the ancient and the present
With diagrams in ink
You have words linked
Captivating and makes one think
Making one read without a blink
More from your brook I seek to drink
In your mystery I wish to sink
Your voice
Stands out even in noise
Louder than the striking of a thunder
Softer than a whisper
Beautiful than beauty
Melodious than music
Fresher than nature
 Reason to be calm
Reads to a heart like balm
Pierces through heart like knife
Interesting than life
Greater than imagination
Awesome than reality
More of your voice I seek to drain
In you is both pain and gain
 Indeed you speak
And more of your voice I seek.
